We commit to your booking time and refuse all other bookings at that time once you make your appointment. Please consider a therapist ony gets paid after they have delivered a service. The following outlines the cancellation policy

24 hour notice for all cancellations
24 hours is the minimum amount of time that would allow for a notice to be sent out to allow other clients to book the vacant time slot in such short notice.
"No Shows" or Late cancellations
A late cancellation is considered a cancelation within 24 hours of the appointment time. A No Show, is when you do not give any notice and so not make your appointment time. Both will still required payment in full.
Unforseen Last minute Cancellations
Understanding life throws us curveballs, compassion and leniency will be exercised to your therapists descretion.
